Dr. Joanne Celeste Peranio, MD

I had my first appointment with Dr. Peranio today. The neighborhood is beautiful. The waiting room and office were both very nicely decorated and comfortable. Dr was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgable about my condition and what medications could possible help. She was easy to talk with, attentive and understanding. She participates with my insurance which is a huge plus when searching for a good psychiatrist that you can afford. I would definitely recommend.

Dr Peranio is someone easy to talk to and she does listen well. She is easy to get in touch with via email I have been seeing her for a few years now.

The kind of doctor that raises a stink any time you need her to do something. Ironically she's a doctor that's supposed to help and care.

She listens. You must ask questions like any other doctor and be honest otherwise you will get medication not suitable for your condition. She understands how the brain works. More importantly, she knows her medications. She does at times rush you out of the office.

Hello. I know Dr. Peranio for years. She is a 4 star doctor who never gave up on me, even though I was ready to. Eventually we found the proper combination of medication to treat my condition. She is kind, extremely ethical, very accessible to e-mails and distant contact. Dr. Peranio is always courteous, profession, helpful, and supportive. I have referred friends and family to her for treatment.

Prescribed wrong med's that gave me panic attacks. Cold, uncaring and will treat you like a piece of garbage. Only thing she cares about is the insurance payment!

Dr. Peranio is courteous, professional, easy to talk to, and very competent. She is also easily accessible via email if you have any questions.

Took awhile for me to find a dr. that i liked and was comfortable with. Dr. Peranio is very nice, understanding. She is willing to work with you depending on your needs. Also inbetween appts. you can always email her and she will email back usaully within 24hrs.
