My doctor is caring, concern, you can talk to about anything, I can truly say I love my doctor.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit with Dr. Richards. I had originally received a referral to another doctor, but I am glad I followed my instincts and chose to see her instead. The office is clean, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. My wait time was short, and the office being on the first floor made the visit even more convenient, as I did not have to use an elevator. Dr. Richards is exceptionally knowledgeable, and she truly listened to my concerns. She asked thoughtful and meaningful questions. My prescriptions were also sent to my pharmacy without delay, which I greatly appreciated. I am proud of this doctor and the work she does. I highly recommend her.

Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she also takes the time to explain things clearly, ensuring that you feel informed and comfortable. A co-worker recommended me to Dr. Richards. I was experiencing extreme anxiety related to fibroids. I felt very comfortable at the Pembroke Pines location. The office was exceptionally clean, and everyone was incredibly helpful. Dr. Richards was very knowledgeable and provided me with a great plan. I highly recommend Dr. Richards.

Just a warning to future mama's: I wish the experience with this Dr was a good one as I chose her for her reviews. However, I left on my 3rd appointment due to the neglected "care" she provided. On my second visit, I was asked family medical history questions, then after, the front desk told me the dr wanted to see me for the next appointment and gave me a date. On that date, the nurse asked if it was okay for a medical student to stand in to observe, just to find out the medical student was my dr that day. The dr came in and asked me why I was even there that day, and then gave a clip board to the med student and told me the student would be asking me questions and left the room. The med student asked me all the family medical questions the Dr asked me on my prior visit, waisting my time and I found this alarming that my history wasn't recorded from the previous visit. I'm now being charged for the visit that a med student was my doctor that day. This office is very busy, to the point… where the dr doesn't have time to see all their patients, and before leaving I was asked 3 times by the nurse if I left a urine sample (making me feel it was lost). I have never been contacted to tell me chlamydia test was neg, or how my urine samples looked. This is not somewhere I felt safe to have my baby, and hope no one else has to go through the same feeling She is too busy to take anymore patients as of Jan 2023. However, my new Doctor, Dr. Cohan in plantation is amazing, always calls personally to let me know results and always makes personal time for patients. Good luck to all the new mama's finding a good doctor to have a safe experience with.

Best of the best! Thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind, communicates well, calm, respectful, professional, the list goes on and on. So glad I found her prior to my first child….Highly recommended!

I love Dr Richards, I've been her patient for close to 10 years, before her I was switching doctors every year and I am so glad i had found her. I delivered my son with her and it was the best experience. Yes, the wait times can be long and the office is always busy (for a reason) but to me she is worth the wait.

I have been seeing Md. Richards for over 20 years, even though she has NOT aged a day. Md Richards is courteous, professional, and experienced. I have had GYN issues in the past and with her expertise, I can testify to positive outcomes. Md Richards also is my daughter's OB/GYN and as a result, gave me the privilege to be a proud grandmother of a beautiful Princess which had seemed unpredictable in the past. The medical assistant, (Michelle), was professional and simply awesome!!! The office personnel was very kind. Thank You, Dr. Richards and staff.
