The provider was GREAT!!! This was a tele-health visit. The provider allowed me to voice any concerns, questions or thoughts. We identified what needed to be done or begin to do.

This is one of the most positive visits I have ever had. Everyone was very pleasant in their demeanor. I personally seen Dr. Skaggs. I was surprised that she didn't Talk negatively about my weight. Instead, she complimented the amount of muscle mass throughout my lower half. When doctor Scaggs realize how high my blood pressure was I explained to her that I was already taking a medication for it, but it wasn't working. She instantly prescribed me a new medication to use in conjunction with my current one. When I told her that I know a lot of people on lisinopril She completely deterred me away from using it by listing all of the side effects. I'm a full-time police officer with a triple military career. If I'm not on patrol, I'm on a flight to a different station every month. Sometimes I fly out 3 to 5 times a month. She explained in detail how lisinopril could affect me, especially during flights at high altitudes with facial swelling of the lips and mouth, causing significant issues.… This was a healthcare screening through my job. I explained to her how busy my schedule was and how it's a rarity for me to have time to even go see my primary care. As a temporary solution, she prescribed me a month worth of medication to ensure I would be able to have time to make an appointment with my primary care before the medication ran out. Never in my life, have I ever had a healthcare screening in which someone truly cared. In my experience, most doctors just blow it off and pass me off to the next person telling me it's my responsibility and to take care of it. My blood pressure was 178/109 I'm aware I could've possibly have had a stroke or a heart attack. Instead of Dr. Skaggs just pushing me off back to my primary care. She gave me a temporary solution until I could get there. That meant the world to me! Having a healthcare professional care enough to do the right thing given my situation without question was an amazingly positive experience

Absolutely love her! She went way above and beyond.

My care providers there have always been wonderful. The difficult/frustrating part is trying to connect via phone when answer cannot be found on My Chart or on-line and trying to update info in MyChart for health related matters that happen outside of OUHealth, but I want my care team to have knowledge of in my file.

Dr. Skaggs is the best! She was very thorough at my initial visit, and she has been very knowledgeable about my health concerns. She is very attentive to my questions and doesn't hesitate to make referrals to specialists when necessary.
