Having your appointment cancelled while you're driving to your appointment is outlandish . Waiting to see your Dr for over an hour in the exam room is outlandish. Rude staff. They do not care about you AT ALL. The DR herself is the rudest sarcastic human I have ever met and the retirement she is taking is LONG OVERDUE. I question what is going on with her mind currently. Spaulding needs to DO BETTER THEN THIS. I will NOT be returning !

I have been suffering with a long term Partial Achilles tendon tear and have struggled to have rehab and a non surgical solution(s) respond enough for me to get back a pain free range of motion. After meeting with Dr. Borg Stein, she clearly diagnosed my injury and explained it very clearly. She also set up a comprehensive team approach for my health care which involved more than just a plan for the Achilles. The feedback and attention to detail from the group of Doctors have been very comforting for my overall needs as there have been a number of issues that have needed attention. I now have something that I haven't had for a long time....hope!

You can’t find a better Doctor than Dr. Borg Stein. She has treated me for both knees (platelet plasma injections) and my husband for intense back and neck pain. Having exrays and the ability to do blood work labs in the same office is great.

I have been seeing Dr. Borg-Stein for a few years for PRP injections for pain management related to post-traumatic arthritis resulting from an ankle fracture. Dr. Borg-Stein is an exceptional clinician and I have complete confidence in her expertise and clinical judgement about my long term treatment plan. She always takes the time to answer my questions and is very respectful when she answers. I feel like I am a partner in my own care with a voice and an opinion! She is approachable, kind, and is one of those physicians that make you feel like you are being treated by one of the best. I highly recommend her without reservation and am grateful to be in her care because most importantly, my pain has been reduced enough that I have been able to build in more physical activity.

Dr. Borg Stein is top notch. She helped diagnosis my son's back strain and even did acupuncture to ease the spasm. Highly recommend her.

Dont see this doctor..with her bad decisions she disabled me 16 years ago where she made major mistakes. I've had countless doctors state this They state on record that if I went a different route and diagnosis. I would not be in The boat I'm in. She was quick to judge but after m.r.i. she quickly discharged me and "gave up" I don't trust her and if you read this find another provider . It will be too late if she does the same to you..I lost everything due to her bad decisions. I just wish she was honest. If it wasn't for one of her nurses caring and referring be to another Boston hospital who knows what would of happened. She was quick to judge and her "plan for me" will have life long effects. Took me 16years to write a review but after close to 15 -17 plus doctors/surgeons I just hope someone else never winds up like I did.when I gave up and applied for the for disability I was approved right away..that should tell you something...stay away or find another doctor who is more… experienced or cares about patients and not the $$..I doubt she has changed after all these years. For the people who had good experiences great... good for you but something serious please get a second opinion right away...don't wait ...she has long forgotten who I am and what she did .. but I will never forget her...

Dr. Borg-Stein was pleasant and took time with me, but her diagnosis was way off. I got the correct diagnosis and treatment at Spaulding in Framingham.

My visit with Dr Borg-Stein was very calming and reassuring. I found her to be patient, engaged, very helpful and highly professional. She listened, questioned and offered helpful suggestions. The office staff was a 10 - friendly, pleasant and efficient. The whole experience was as pleasant as it could have been under my circumstances.
