She has been the best doctor that I have seen in the hospital. She takes the time to listen to your needs. She sat in my room numerous times and listened to me ramble on about the many things that were going on with my body.

.she will not return calls. Her assistance do not return calls,Was very nice first visit but not after.Schedules cat scans from expensive places without consulting me.Its been 30hours and my daughter has not heard anything from the doctor. I would not giver her 5 stars unless she changes her additude. Front desk said under no cercumstances will she call her patients back. I guess shes made her money and that makes her better than us.

She was very friendly, ran on time. I was in and out with ease.

I was very pleased to meet Dr. Hendricks at my first appointment and feel she is an excellent doctor.

Such a nice office to visit

Our experience at St. Mary's held up to all rumors from Tucsonians, if you can avoid going there - do! Drs misdiagnose and don't provide proper pain control! My husband was sent home diagnosed with a torn ligament and it ended up as a fracture. After surgery! not proper pain meds - the Drs were awful!! My husband has a very high pain tolerance but St. Mary's brought him to tears, shaking in pain, excruciating pain, all unnecessary, shame on the the night Dr would did not do their job properly, UNTIL we met Dr. Hendricks! She is what every Dr should aspire to practice! Drs @ St. Mary's please either retire, change your field or step up your game! If you don't love what you do change fields for the sake of humanity! Thank you Dr. Jocelyn Hendricks for following your hippocratic oath! Thank you for the bottom of our heart for your excellent care! Our nurse ER nurse, Elena was awesome and is what every RN should emulate! Julia was our day RN, she unbelievable as well. She took control and… helped my husband immediately! Again, RN's emulate these medical professionals. We had several poor care experiences at St. Mary's which, if feasible, I would advise going to our other Tucson hospitals. However, I wanted to mention those above who provided excellent care!
