Dr. Jodi Ann Ganley, DO

I put one star because there is no zero-star. My experience with her was very bad. All she cares about is money, she wanted to charge for a follow-up visit. She doesn't explain the test results the way a professional doctor does with a patient. Actually, she never bothered and called to discuss the test results. I was the one who tried to reach her to ask her about it. I couldn't get a chance to have a conversation with her because she is always busy, so she calls and leaves a very short message that leaves me even more confused. I insisted that I need to talk to her and don't need voice messages. Finally I did, she tells me to see and ENT specialist. Even though I already had seen an ENT, so I did and of course cost me more money, the doctor had to run a scope test, he saw nothing wrong with my nose, but looking at the test result that came from Dr. Gainley, the ENT doctor told me that I should visit the neurologist again because this is where the problem is. Well, Dr. Ganley keeps… saying she doesn't know what causing the problem even though she mentioned that there are certain parts in my brain that are too small, as if these parts are not related to the problem that I have which made me believe that I maybe have another problem (seen in MRI) besides the one that I originally had. When I asked to see the doctor and talk to her face to face to get clear vision of what's going on, as a follow up visit that all doctors do, and that is supposed to be free of charge, she didn't like the idea of a free of charge visit and hanged up on my face. I wouldn't recommend anyone to see her if they care about their health.

I was scheduled for an EMG. Took time off from work, showed up. She couldn't find the proper sized needles and the office didn't manage their stock. Was offered an "I'm sorry", and to reschedule. I drove far because I heard she was good, won't be going back.

I've been a regular patient of Dr. Ganley. She is the best neurologist that I've ever had. She is very thorough and follows up with your care. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ganley always makes me feel like she has all the time in the world for me. She asks pertinent questions, and allows me to ask any questions without feeling rushed. She is a true diagnostician, trying to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Ganley!

After seeing several other Neurologists, I finally got the treatment I needed after seeing Dr. Ganley. She is very thorough and caring and I'm gratefull to have found her.
