Dr. Jodi Rebecca Kresch, DO

I am truly confused by some of the negative reviews. I have worked in the admin.side of medical for over 13 yrs. and typically am a very harsh judge. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Kresh's for over a year now, although I can't say the staff is always the most efficient or professional (which typically I feel is a direct reflection on the doctor) I have stuck with Dr. Kresh because she does take time with my husband, has read over countless reports to determine the best care. Is always quick with a response to any of our questions. Communication is so important when someone has multiple medical issues , I feel Dr. Kresh is one of the most important doctors my husband has on his team. We are thankful to have her.

I hope that the good doctor reads her reviews. I was at the hospital bedside of my son when she arrived to consult for a possible neurological issue. She was curt and uncaring. Yes, it shows doctor! I am a Critical Care RN and have done many neuro exams. I watched her perform a cursory facsimile of what she considered a neuro exam, by brushing his arms and legs and swinging her flashlight over his forehead (instead of taking a couple seconds to check his pupil response). I was floored by this unprofessional and blase, half-a..ed exam. A patient is experiencing a problem that has him nervous and scared, and hopes that caring medical professionals will be able to help, and he gets an unfriendly, disrespectful, young woman with a chip on her shoulder, who doesn't have the desire to take the time or exert the effort to use the training she received to attend to the patient as she should, professionally or ethically. I asked her if I could speak to her out in the hall and was brushed off… with "I heard you talking to the other doctor." How did she know what I wanted to discuss? She didn't! She just didn't care! But I have to say in her defense, she expediently sent a bill, and thinks highly of her services!! I don't !!

My God, she chews gum for others, too! She not only chews, she plays with it with her tongue. She wore dark blue nail polish, was a 1/2 hour late, and took take time to copy my records to her personal computer when she had a copy from My Beaumont Chart in her lacquered hands. I will not return.

Would not recommend this office! Recently I was a new patient, signed in on Time , 20 minutes goes by and I had to bring my finished paperwork that was done at home to the front desk. I then proceeded to get up two more Times to check with the receptionist to See how much longer. The answer was your next I don know. I waited over an hour, then finally get called back and the gentlemen tells me another hour in the room to wait for the doctor. Then he tells me go reschedule then. I have never dealt with the rudeness and Un apologetic staff till I came here. Common courtesy is not common anymore just to update the patient or being apologetic for the wait. I worked in the medical field as a receptionist for ten years this was just uncalled for.

This doctor chews gum and has a horrible demeanor with patients. She does not follow up and it takes six weeks for a follow up visit. Does not personally call with test results. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

One of the best doctors I have had. Went to see her and unlike most doctors I have seen, she went and ordered the test, no lets try this and wait. She went straight for it. Unlike alot of doctors I have seen, within 2 visits, she found the problem and referred me to the correct doctor for surgery. I feel 100 percent better, due to this doctors correct and immediate actions. Would highly recomment.

wrost Dr. I have had, and I do not feel she cares about patient. Follows up is zero.
