Dr. Mones seems knowledgeable enough, but she doesn’t like answering questions. She seemed put out when I dared to ask one about a procedure she was proposing. The nurse seemed to have more compassion and was certainly more informative. In addition, like many Drs at MSK, there is little respect for her patients as human beings. I was left to rot for 45 minutes in a swelteringly hot exam room. When she did swan in, there was no recognition of the fact that she was so late or that I might have other obligations that day. I sent her a portal message that afternoon informing her that I had enough rude and disrespectful doctors and would not be returning to see her again.

I've been seeing hematologist a for 10 years and Dr Mones is the most caring, thoughtful and diligent physicians I have worked with.
