Jodie Butler Hall

I would give her a negative rating if I could. Jodie Hall FNP spent 45 minutes with the lady in the room next door. I waited for over an hour to be seen and I’m lucky if I got 10 minutes of her time. I filled out so much paperwork before my appointment and spoke with her assistant (who was wonderful) about my medical concerns. Jodie obviously didn’t read any of it or pay attention to me while I was speaking. She made zero eye contact and didn’t look at my leg, which was my major complaint. She was horrible at listening to my medical concerns and didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. Jodie seemed rushed, distracted and bothered throughout my appointment. She did not appear to care about my issues at all, which was super frustrating. I left in tears because I wasn’t properly evaluated. I do not recommend her services. What a waste of time and such a disappointment!!!
