Dr. Jodie Kay Mesa, DO

Ten (10) phone calls totaling over 35 minutes in reference to a broken appointment on their part. Trying to reschedule my appointment and the woman for the answering service does not listen or shut up. Asked for a supervisor and was on hold for over five minutes and no one answered, I final hung up. Given another number to call & it was right back to the same ……… woman for the answering service. Still no supervisor to talk to and this botched appointment that I have been waiting for, for over a month just screwed me over for my annual and my paperwork for another doctor. Not to mention these are all required and time sensitive for next years insurance plans, Medicare and prosthetics needed before the end of the year.

Dr. Mesa listens to you, she takes her time and has got me through some very tough times! She truly cares for her patients and it shows. Compassion is rare amongst doctors nowadays, but Dr Mesa is one of the true good ones, caring, compassionate and the most important a really good person. She goes above and beyond for her patients in my experience. Thank you Dr Mesa!
