Dr. Jody Gene Rose, MD

I have seen Dr Rose twice and both times he has been wonderful. He knew exactly what was wrong and exactly how to treat it. His treatment was simple and effective. His staff has always been polite. I would definitely recommend him for any foot problems.

I would not recommend visiting Dr. Rose at his current practice. Although my experience with him was excellent, my experience with his billing office was terrible. One initial visit and one follow up visit resulted in a total of 7 claims to my insurance company, all with different amounts that I owed to the office, most of which appeared to be out-of-network even though they should have been in-network. All calls to the billing department left the situation unresolved, extending this experience for about 6 months. During this time, I went ahead and paid the original bill for each of my two visits so as to not incur any consequences, resulting in an overpayment after everything was resolved. As a final slap in the face, the office sent me a check for overpayment that was short $.95.
