Dr. Joseph Dean Adams, DDS

Dr. Adams earned his dental degree from the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry
after earning his bachelor’s degree from Duke University. He has
also earned a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, is a
member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and is also a
member of the American Dental Association.
A Greensboro native, Dr. Adams pursued a decade-long career in music
before turning to dentistry. Since then, he has followed an intense
continuing education schedule, specifically selecting courses
focusing on esthetic dentistry and occlusion. He also received
training from such renowned organizations as The Pankey Institute,
the San Francisco Institute for Advanced Dental Learning, and the
Center for Esthetic Excellence. His commitment to lifelong education
means he is constantly evaluating emerging dental methods and
technologies in order to provide his patients with the best results
in the least invasive manner with a high emphasis on comfort. This

Dr. Adams and his wife Tracy have three daughters, Natalie, Maria
and Laura Jeanne. In his spare time, he most enjoys spending time
with his family, playing music, reading and running.
