You would think when a 90 year-old person was bleeding heavily, that there would be appropriate follow-up care. Not from this office. I advise not even considering this office. Besides, the doctor is nasty.

Terrible chair side manners

I had a tooth extracted, and I get panic attacks. They were fantastic! The nurse that stayed with me was great. She was so understanding, and patient with me. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter. He explained everything he was doing and was so easy to talk to. I can’t say enough about his staff. I would not go any where else if I needed another extraction!

Although he did a good job with my oral surgery, it was post operatively that I had questions and felt dismissed and my concerns were not taken seriously.

I decided against seeing Dr. Carpenter before even seeing him. You might ask why. I was referred Dr. Carpenter's office by my general dentist. When I called to make the appointment the person who answered my call was rude, abrasive, and generally caustic. I decided right at that point, regardless of the doctors skill, this was NOT the kind of office where I would want to receive dental care.

Had a molar tooth extracted so quickly, then a dental implant placed by Dr. Carpenter. He did these so quickly and with so little discomfort, I was really impressed!
