He's a monster!

Do not take your child to this monster. Ever! Trust me. If you do take your child, make sure you and a nurse is present. I highly advise you to find a different DR.

By far, the WORST staff I've ever seen. It's a shame, too, because the Dr. seems very knowledgeable and helpful. The front office (I don't know if it's his wife or sisters or what) is extremely rude. They have no business being in healthcare...especially in Pediatrics! From making the appt. (which took months to get for my child in pain), to their complete incompetence regarding insurance. Their "system" is pathetically antiquated. I filled out the same information before I came, while I was in the waiting room, then again in the patient room with the nurse (who didn't know what ibuprofen was), then AGAIN when the Doctor came in! My child and I were there almost 3 hours unnecessarily. Rudeness and incompetency make a very bad combination. If you don't like what you do to the point that you must make everyone you come in contact with equally miserable, please get out of the healthcare industry!

Dr.cole is a very sensitive person. He gets mad of everything that doesn't seem good for him. He thinks that pills are everything but they are not.he yells at you with strong attitude.and is usually In a bad mood

Office staff is rude, unsympathetic and unprofessional. This is the only Dr that specializes in JIA that my insurance covers.So I have no choice but to stay, if he doesn't do anything about his staff or his bed side manner his practice will fail not due to his medical knowledge but due to his office staff and unwillingness to actually see what's going on in his practice.I believe if you don't want to help people and have compassion for others than no one should work in the medical field. Always remember you or one of your love ones could be on that other side of that counter one day. I just hope Dr. Cole and his staff remember why they choose to do what they do every day. This disease is something that a band aid can't fix and can be a different struggle for everyone. All I can do is pray.

He doesn't have the best bed side manners.He isn't very friendly to talk to and you never want interrupt him. If you have an emergency and want an appointment that someday forget it yule be lucky if they even return your call. The office help are very unprofessional. They cant even say hi when you walk in, they all seemed medicated.

Dr Cole has been my Dr since they diagnosed me with lupus when i was 13 yrs old in 1994. Since then I will not change him for any other doctor. The office staff is great, and the dr really cares about each patient health. Now my brother and my cousin go with him as well and we all love him. Every time we get sick or need to see him they will make a space in btwn patients, thats probably why the wait is a little longer some times. It is worth it.

i dont like that he has me on chemo
