The office staff is HORRIBLE. They never answer the phone, and you never return calls. If you try to call the front desk, they either send you back to the same voicemail that never gets responded to, or tell you they will have his staff call you back and they never do. And they send in the wrong orders constantly. They sent my therapy order for a sprain instead of fracture, then an order for an MRI of the foot not ankle THREE times the wrong order was sent, then it took them a week to send in an order for a bone stimulator, at which they sent in the wrong order (for an open fracture not closed), so it was delayed another two weeks once they got that in and insurance approved. Then they told me I could stop in to have them show me where to aim the bone stimulator and when I got there they told me I would have to call the company (which won't tell you where to aim it), and would not see me for five minutes to show me. This all after the doctor waited months to order one. AVOID.
