Dr. Joe N Lester

Finally got in here after being repeatedly rescheduled by Bratton (sp). The office staff is top notch, with the exception of scheduling and managing patients. The STAFF is caring and kind. Dr. Lester is a brusque, rude, domineering, argumentative and refuses to acknowledge the inefficiencies of his scheduling team and the other doctors he refers people to. He absolutely does not care if you’re in pain. He also doesn’t remember seeing you earlier and has no recollection of anything discussed. He was exceedingly rude, indifferent to my pain and problems and can’t do anything for someone who saved the money and took time off of work. The whole experience would be a joke if it wasn’t so sad how far customer service and care have declined in our town over the last couple years.
