Dr. Joe Dixon Riddle, MD

Dr. Riddle has been my internist for many years. He also cares for my wife and my mother-in-law. He is one of the most caring, conscientious doctors it has been my luck to see. He will spend as much time with you as you need, diagnose your ills quickly yet thoroughly, recommend the correct medications, and, when time allows, sit with you and shoot the breeze about the world and all the crazy people in it. I recommend him without hesitation.

Dr Riddle is an extremely intelligent physician who listens to his patients. He is not only my physician, but has cared for many of my family members. I highly recommend Dr Riddle.

Horrible!!!!! Put patient on thyroid medicine and just kept refilling the prescription without running thyroid blood test to see what her levels were for many years. She had physical signs that any uneducated person off the street could tell something was wrong. Finally when the patient' s family demanded he check it, she was in horrible shape and was never able to recover from his mismanagement. He is charismatic and knows how to gain patient's trust, but he should NEVER be trusted with anyone's medical care.

Dr. Riddle is a very caring physician. He treated both of my parents for years until they passed away in their 80s. He takes time to listen to his patients and to their concerns. I have a great deal of respect for him and he is now my doctor.

Dr. Riddle is a very caring, skillful physician. His sense of humor puts this patient immediately at ease. I admire his curiosity about medical possibilities and feel comfortable with his advising and empathetic nature.

I was very disappointed in Dr. Riddle's lack of professionalism when he oversaw the treatment of a relative at Norman Regional Hospital. When asked to discuss the care of the patient the doctor refused to go to the patient's room and insisted that anything concerning the patient could be discussed right there in the hallway next to the nurses station. This type of behavior does not comply with HIPPA regulations. He also became very defensive and irritable when family members expressed concern about the patients treatment. His examination of the patient was minimal when he did come into the room.
