Dr.Albert whom I’ve never met had performed a procedure to remove a kidney stone for a very elderly patient, my grandmother. I had waited for close to three hours in the family area for the doctor to come and speak to me to explain how the procedure had gone. Most of the families waiting on their relatives post surgery had spoken with their doctor and went into the recovery room to greet their family member. Dr. Albert never came out to see me, or inform me that the surgery wasn’t quite successful as I later found out from a nurse who was bewildered to hear that the doctor had left without speaking to me. What unraveled as a result of this I shall not go into but will say the following: Everyone makes mistakes, I understand, doctors are not exempt from that, but having known things didn’t go well I can’t find words to express how unprofessional I found that action to be and I hope no one else is treated in a similar fashion.

Have been going there for many years. Seems to care less now than in the past. Difficult to communicate with and get prescriptions filled.

Thanks be to GOD for having Dr. Albert as my doctor. His alertness by the GRACE of my LORD has me alive. He is a blessing sent from heaven. May the MOST HIGH keep, hold and protect you for a thousand years. SHALOM, SHALOM!!!

I first met Dr. Albert three years back when I went to him for a colonoscopy, but recently saw him again, at the request of my Ob/Gyn, as she thought she saw something suspicious in a recent exam. He gave me a thorough examination, and explained what the testing procedures would be; also let me know that he would be in contact w/the other doctor to let her know the results, and that he or someone in his office would notify me of them as well. Spoke with him today, and thankfully, all's well. Dr. Albert is a caring, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He is also a kind and pleasant man, and that puts a patient at ease, which I wish more doctors were capable of. He respects the intelligence of his patients, and is dedicated to his field of expertise. If you ever need to see a good gastroenterologist in Brooklyn, he'd be the doctor I'd highly recommend.
