Dr. Joel Bedard, MD

Seems distant &/or angry at all times. Takes 5 calls to get a callback. Makes you feel like you're just a #. Takes personal calls during visit. Hard to understand. Employee said he only cares about $$. Won't take Medicare w/o a co-payment & if one is not required he makes up his own policy like requiring "An office deductible." Blames patients without true or real facts supporting blames. Makes up procedures he didn't perform on insurance forms.

He is an awesome Dr, but the waits are long since he has so many clients. Try to be one of the first few appts for the day or book the last appt and bring a book to read.

Took me so long to get a follow up appointment I ran out of medication!

Dr. Bedard seems very courteous with a sense of humor to ease the patient and make the patient more comfortable.

After calling his office twice with an urgent need to speak to his office. I never heard back from him after being a patient of his for over 5 years. I will no longer continue to see him seeing that he DOES NOT CARE for his patients.

It was a good experience. I felt safe and he listened to my worries.
