Wonderful Doctor. So sorry that AZ PRIORITY closed office..

I am heartbroken and scared. Dr B is the best Dr. I have ever seen in my senior years. He explains everything to the point of drawing something or on a chart. His staff is great. The girls are so sweet and courteous. His Nurse and NP are both well trained anb the entire staff takes the time to listen and the find the answer to any question I may have. It is with a sad heart I write this becase AZ Priority ins has said they closed the office as a business decision. I know that Dr B would be retiring in a undetermined time as his age and some health issues, However not only did he have the time but also the willingness to teach another younger doctor and maybe a PA. Yes we are senior citzens and we have aches and pains our memories suck and that is why we will always need providers of his caliber and the respect he gives us as still useful people. I am now going to try another PCP that seem to also have a good staff andI look forward to meeting my new PCP .

Loved Dr. B! So sad when the practice stopped taking my insurance and I could no longer see him. Yes, I had to wait for him, but it was because he was giving the previous patient as much time as needed and I knew he'd do the same for me. He also was open to ideas and treated me as the intelligent person I am, unlide some doctors who think people don't know anything about their own bodies. Miss him!!!

The back office is incredible! Kudos to Melissa for promptness and follow through. A Dr.'s staff is more important than the Dr. realizes. I left another Dr. after years because calls for the Dr. or staff were never returned, referrals were never made and incorrect tests were ordered.

DR BRAUNSTEIN IS A PEOPLE PERSON-HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE- WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH MY HUSBAND AND I MISS HIM AS OUR FAMILY DR-IF I NEEDED TO BE IN THE HOSP HE WAS ON IT-I HAVE BEEN SICK OVER A YEAR BECAUSE MY CURRENT DR IS TOO BUSY SAVING INS COMPANY $$ AND MY HEALTH IS AT STAKE-MY HUSBAND ASKED HIM TO PUT ME N THE HOSP & HE SAYS HE CANNOT JUSTIFY IT-HE GAVE NO ORDER FOR AN X-RAY-NEITHER DID MY SPECIALIST-& AFTER A MONTH BEING ILL I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL-THEY X-RAYED ME AND FOUND I HAD PNEUMONIA.

Always had a good experience with Dr. Braunstein; The clinic front window receptionist & office manager are a different story. Will not elaborate but they could use a new front window gal.

Dr .Joel A Braunstein, Is The very best Doctor in Az, I would not go to any other Doctor, He is very friendly & Knows what he is doing.He cares about his Patients,I have Followed him from Another Practicehere in AZ. And he takes his time with his Patients.I Rate Him A 10 + Ten Being the highest.
