This "Doctor" is extremely incompetent when it comes to patient care. He is now the "Medical Director" in the Powerback Rehabilitation in Voorhees, NJ despite his being suspended by the State Board for 2 years for Patient Neglect. My mother's experience with him is not any better. Stay away!

I like Dr. Chack; he sends me to a specialist when I need one and he sent me to a sub specialist when that was called for. I find him concerned, not always subtle, but still concerned. I almost never wait very long for him either.

This physician is excellent and I highly recommend him to everyone. He is very precise, professional and medically accurate all the time. As a special note, Dr. Chack and his team are very thoughtful and caring.
