Long wait in office. Doctor had no idea about my records and didn't even realize I was a past patient. He was somewhat patronizing and didn't listen at all. I asked a question about a condition, and he asked his nurse to 'Google it" while he called another doctor friend. Obviously, I've already Googled it - I want some information from an expert. I felt as if it was a waste of time. I felt like I was talking to my grandfather - the one who doesn't listen - someone of the "old generation" - the days when the doctor is deified and knows everything. Unpleasant experience - felt very unprofessional and the office was not inviting at all. Only went out of necessity for insurance. Nice ladies at the front desk, though.

He is very careful, very knowledgeable, patient and kind!! He saved my dad's life. He helped my dad for a few weeks in the hospital. I really appreciate him. He is a down-to-earth person. I trust him.

Dr. Frankel is the best pulmonologist I know. With God's help he saved my mother's life and I am truly grateful. He cares about his patients and goes above and beyond for them. He doesn't give up no matter what the circumstance and he always follow up. He also always returns after hour calls. He's a great man and my family is blessed to have had him care for my mom.

I've been seeing Dr. Frankel for over 20 years, and my husband has seen him now for at least a decade. He is so dedicated to our care, very attentive and takes time to thoroughly answer questions and address our concerns. We drive a distance to continue to see him because we know we're in good hands and Dr. Frankel is worth it!

Dr Frankel cares about his patients and gives them time and consideration, hence the longer waiting room wait. But when you are with him, he remembers you and has a way of diagnosing and treating you that will make you feel special and on the mend.
