Dr. Joel Dean Greenberg, MD

I have never in my life had a worse experience as I did with Dr. Greenberg. He was arrogant, rude and condescending. My appt was interrupted so I made a call to retrieve info discussed. It was done while he was occupied, but he did not want to see what I had obtained. He only saw me as being disruptive. It was hard to move forward because of his abrasiveness. He even started to get up when I put my phone back in my purse as though accusing me of making a call. Toward the end I expressed how I felt he treated me and apologized if he felt I did something wrong. His response was to tell me he was handling something important for a patient and basically I was totally in the wrong. It was so ridiculous since I was making the call while he was talking to his nurse. He then told me I could continue with someone else in the practice. He was so rude I left saying I would only pay the minimum. He yelled to the desk to bill me in full. I WILL NOT RETURN!

I've been a heart patient for many years with several different doctors. I' m a new patient with Dr. Greenberg and am very impressed with the time and interest he has taken with my heart history. He's very thorough and explores all avenues before diagnosing.

My family has been under the care of Dr. Greenberg for nearly 20 years. He saved my father's life several times. Currently I am taking both my mother and a dear friend to see him. He is diligent in monitoring their condition, accurate in his evaluations and is a discerning and patient listener. My 20 years of experience has proven to me that he is extremely caring, compassionate and competent. I sincerely hope that he is still practicing when I need him.
