Dr. Joel A Griska, MD

Dr. Griska is a very nice, kind and patient doctor, but the wait time in the office is ridiculous. If you have an afternoon appointment, rest assured you will be there WELL into the evening hours to be seen.

Dr. Joel Griska is a very good doctor, however, to get to the doctor you have to come in contact with the staff. I had two encounters with a staff (Medical Assistant) that was very rude and unprofessional. Received a call from office manager in response to my report that basically told me she stood by her staff and know that I didn't encounter these incidences, not giving an opportunity to hear the pt. I've been a patient of Dr. Griska's for a very long time. However,I come to my doctor to be cared for and to become healthier not to be stressed because of unacceptable and unprofessional behavior by staff and to have a superior of the office to discount the incident before hearing the other side of the story. Poor problem solving and leaves for a very uncomfortable environment. Would you be comfortable being a patient in this office?

It's been nearly 2 months ago he made out a prescription and I still haven't gotten it. He doesn't seem to want to get the preauthorization from my prescription program.
