Dr. Joel Austin Jaeger, MD

Dr. Jagger is the best knee shot doctor I’ve ever been to. He is very friendly listens is very professional. His only fault is he’s not IU he’s Notre Dame.! He isn’t my family but would claim him as part of mine proudly. Highly recommend him and tell people all the time about him!

Excellent visit all the way through! Quick kiosk checkin, courteous at the desk, quickly sent to x-ray and back, and was in the examination room within a minute. Nurse discussed issues and took notes, and within minutes Doctor was in the room. Greeted me, examined my mobility and discussed my thoughts on my issues, and explained the ex-rays and the diagnosis thoroughly. Discussed the course of action with me and asked if I was okay with his recommendations. I was moved to the procedure room and within 10 minutes, the injection was complete and I had a six-week Followup appointment and had an appointment with the therapy staff. appointment for an evaluation with the therapy staff. Very professional every step of the way. and felt like everyone cared about me and my care.

I was very impressed with how promptly my health issues were identified and a plan to remedy put into place. The doctor and staff are all very friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease.

He listened to everything I had to say, I showed him where my pain was located and he explained all of what was happening and the procedure that he will be doing.
