Good doctor incompetent staff. Extremely confused and behind schedule. Sat in office for an hour waiting with no explanation. Good doctor but not worth the wait and confusion.

terrible staff completely incompetent. office is money driven and rude when they don’t get their way. sat there an hour waiting to be called with no updates. don’t waste your time here.

I am grateful to have met Dr. Levitt since he gave me the correct diagnosis in my daughter, he performed a very successful surgery and my daughter is wonderful. The attention and concern of all the staff was and is excellent. Thank you Dr Levitt for your help and attention

After visited multiples specialist for the past 5 years for my son's big tonsils, his pediatric recommended Dr Levitt. I have to said the best. Super easy to book an appointment, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Renee was so helpful. Dr Levitt was excellent!!. Thank you guys!!

Dr. Levitt and his staff are very professional. My 4 years old son had Tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy With them, they called us everyday after the surgery to make sure that my son is doing good and he is following the instructions! I highly recommend dr. Levitt to everyone ! Thank you dr. Levitt

I found the doctor through Internet where he was advertised with specialty in kids and really care about the kids. My experience is the contrary. He only cares about money. He barely look at my kid more than 2 minutes for each visit. The surgery was poorly done which resulted us going to the emergency room 2 days after. It seems he only relies on his nise to follow up, who is quite nice. But overall I am disappointed and would not recommend him. He definitely doesn’t seem to care about kids as advertised on his website. He recommends patient to take surgery in his own suggecal center which only only over charges but als has outdated equipment and technology. We only found out when my kid had to experience the same surgery twice in a week. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to yours.

I took my 3 year old to get his ears checked by Dr Levitt. My son doesn't like being touched and I know he is not easy to handle but being a pediatric doctor I would expect for the doctor to at least give a couple of minutes to try to get nice to the child instead of just grabbing the ear for the examination. He recommended we put him under general anesthesia to clean his ears and I agreed as it is really difficult to hold my 3 year old still. After the procedure he just said that it was difficult to clean the ears but did not tell us any additional details. We went home and one of my sons ear started to bleed and wouldn't stop bleeding the whole day. I understand that this might occur sometimes for an hour or so but to happen the whole day and night I wonder how carefully the procedure was done. Overall very disappointed by this pediatric ENT who is not at all good with handling the kids.

Best ENT doctor, very experienced and had a great staff! I am very thankful I took my 3 years old son to see Dr. Levitt. My son had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy done by Dr Levitt two weeks ago and he is doing great already. His staff is also very caring, Mrs. Renee always call me to see how my son was doing after surgery and explained me and my husband very well all the surgery process. I am very thankful I brought my son to see Dr. Levitt. He has all the equipment to diagnose any hearing issues. After initially taking my son to see an ENT Doctor who was a lot closer. The first Dr. I took him to wanted us to give our son daily injections of what he was allergic to. The first Dr told us he had fluid blocking his hearing. He failed his hearing test in 3 booths and 3 times at school. The school was looking at us saying that his learning was being compromised due to his hearing. Dr. Levitt tested for fluid blocking hearing which came out NEGATIVE. He had an extensive hearing test by the nice lady who is an audiologist. He does have minor hearing loss in his right ear. However, Dr. Levitt reassured me that this is not the cause of any learning issues. He recommends that I bring him back before next school year starts to do a hearing test again. I am so happy that he agreed with me about the daily shots. He said no way will I be able to give a 6 year old a daily shot. My… son hates needles and it takes 4 people to hold him down to get blood work. I am very happy I brought my son to Dr. Levitt. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you take your child to see Dr. Levitt. He is an expert with children and his staff is super nice and helpful.
