Dr. Joel Michael Miller, MD

Dr. Miller is a very nice person, and he really knows his stuff. However, the wait time to see him is extremely unacceptable. I have given it many chances thinking that things would improve the next time around. This last time I had a 2:45 pm appointment, called ahead and was told that he was running behind, and to come in at 3:30 pm. I came in at 3:30 as requested, and was checked in by the nurse by around 4 pm. I then waited in the office on the table for almost an hour and a half until 5:30 before I decided to give in and to leave. I wasted almost three hours of my time and wasn't even seen by the doctor. This happened to be a day that I really needed to see him too as I had some real concerns that I wanted to speak to him about. The long and the short of it is that I will be switching endocrinologists at this point as my time is just as valuable as his, and I cannot continue to give it more chances when it only continues to get worse. I should have done this a long time ago. I… don't need a doctor who is perfect by any means, but instead need one who is dependable.

Doctor makes you wait 1-2 hours in waiting room and then over 30 mins in exam room. Staff is rude and unorganized, staff is always quitting. Doctor is unorganized doesn’t care about patients. Office is a mess, files are old paper and falling apart nothing is updated. No one ever returns your call, test results are lost and medical assistants are always quitting staff is always changing.

Extremely slow. The Billing woman is very rude and hideous appearance and behavior.

No one answers the phone when you call. Very disrespectful. No one returns messages. The wait time is over 1 hour.

Dr. Miller is quick to follow up if he sees any in changes in my lab work. The wait time is a little long, but he is such a fine doctor I don't mind.

He may be a good md, but wait times are excessive and his office staff is extremely rude and condensending. Would not go back.

Will tell you that you need unnecessary followup visits. Triple books patients. A good doctor who should retire.

Yes, the waits are long. They have that posted on signs all over the office. You wait because he spends significantly more than 10 minutes with you and spends even longer when he finds or wants to try something new. His care is good, his access to specialists to treat other problems is even better

Terrible doctor. Has absolutely no interest in correct diagnosis. Have various experiences as well as friends who had to go for 8-10 visits before the correct diagnosis was made on something as simple as an infection. Would not recommend it to anybody.
