Dr.Milligan and his staff does a outstanding job with me,helping me with all of my health problems.If it’s something that i have to see a specialist or do therapy they can make that happen.They are even better human,always kind,friendly and caring.

His hair is naturally curly, god's gift for him, he tries hard,I was a patient of his for 4 yrs before he moved to AL. Kind, considerate, and compassionate.

I will NEVER see this Dr. again. I have NEVER been more dissapointed in a Doctor in my entire life. I should have known something was wrong when he walked into the room and had a "men's curly permanent cut mullet style". Anyone that has seen Mr. Milligan, will surely know what and whom I am speaking of.
