How this useless piece of garbage manages to strut around the halls of this hospital without a parade of malpractice lawyers behind him boggles the mind. Upon entering the room he 1) performed no type of exam, simple or otherwise. 2) argued about patient needs with not a single concern about detailed records which he showed no interest in obtaining. 3) willfully ignored information provided by the patient who has had extensive experience in a particular malady. And 4) upon learning that an ineffective and potentially harmful medication had been administered and help was needed in counteracting the effects of said medication ( which unfortunately was causing extreme mental distress and emotional trauma side effects) responded that the patient needed to just "learn to just calm them self down". Forget bedside manner, this "doctor" is not fit to work the back room at an automated sheet metal factory. Yes, this sounds like hubris, an emotional reaction; but unfortunately it's just the sad… pitiful truth. We expected help, and were willing to try any course of action to rectify the poor quality of life experienced due to a medicine designed to help crohn's, and instead were given a very unsubtle brush off, with a healthy dose of "you're just a silly hysterical woman" to boot. Washington is a beautiful facility with friendly front office staff, but if this is the best you can do in a very serious department where desperate people go for help, the SHAME. SHAME ON YOU. Please consider putting Dr. Joel Mosely where he belongs, deep behind the old paper file shelves. Maybe he can read up on some charts and learn a thing or two besides how to be a pompous, negligent, smug chauvinist. This is not what people need from a local hospital nor a giant insurance-mill health care facility. I would be happy to expound in any detail about this traumatic incident at any time, unless we are advised otherwise by a malpractice lawyer.
