Has no business being on call for his brother Randy Nunag. Does not care about Randy’s patients. Extremely rude and hangs up on you and tells the answering service to not page him again to have us go to the emergency room. I don’t understand why he is on call for Randolph when he doesn’t seem to care about Randolphs patients. Definitely not happy with Joel Nunag. I am not even a new patient of Randolph and my husband and son go there. Joel Nunag has no respect

This doctor will throw you out of the hospital as soon as he can. Even if you are seriously ill, his motto is "get out the door so I don't have to come here any more." As a result, you get sick and need to come back. Poor judgement call. Does not want to admit you to hospital.
