Kind, knowledgeable doctor and team of staff. Everyone knows their role and they perform very effectively with teamwork & kindness. Dr. Phillips and his knowledgeable team have quickly improved my life. Highly recommend.

I've never come across the worst customer service in my life. When I called the office the person did not identified herself. I asked who I was speaking with and she answered Karen. After she was rude and acted like I was bothering her with my questions, she slammed the phone and hung up! I don't know how a Dr can allow his staff to behave this way towards patients.

Was very thorough and extremely informative

I just had an initial consultation, having moved here from another part of the country and in need of a new allergist. I had what I thought was a good experience with my previous allergist, so I did not know what to expect after reading the reviews here. There are not a lot of choices within the BayCare system in Pinellas County: exactly two, and the other one seems to emphasize that it specializes in pediatrics. Others mention a dated and worn, even "dirty" office. I feel differently. No, it's not decorated in the latest, trendiest style; is that important to you in your choice of a physician? However, I found it to be spacious, clean and comfortable, sort of homey (like your parents' or grandparents' house) with a couple large fish tanks, TV, a quite large waiting area plus a separate waiting area with fairly large table to fill out forms, if you like, instead of in your lap. The doctor himself called for me from the patient entrance door. Have you ever experienced that? I… haven't. I was shocked. Prior to being physically examined in an examination room, I was invited into his personal office to discuss my history and what I am experiencing now.....at length. Not an exam room; his personal office. Have you experienced that before with any doctor? I haven't. His approach with questions is different than I've experienced, also. The questioning and discussion was far more in depth than with any other physician I've had in the past, of any kind. I've not had a physician spend this much time with me.....ever. I left feeling good about the experience. At least initially, I feel like I've lucked out and found the right person.

He forgets,as a patient you have to remind and correct him. And he likes to see you more often,for obvious reason....

I started seeing Dr. Phillips about 2 years ago. Been a tremendous help. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

It's a trap! All they want to do is set you up for allergy shots! ONLY remedy at Dr. Phillips office! Both offices are like taking a step back into the 80's. Outdated and worn, not a safe environment for people with allergies!!! I waited at the sign in window for over 10 minutes before I had to get someones attention. Not to mention they want you to be there 15 minutes early, you still have to wait for forever! The front desk and phone receptionists are rude and have no idea how to schedule anything! They have canceled and reset my appts a few times. Not sure why? I ended up going elsewhere! BEWARE!

Wow! I finally found a DOCTOR! Dr. Phillips is a wonderful doctor. His caring manner is only surpassed by his professional dedication, quality persistance and desire to help you~whatever Iit takes! Then he has an office staff that can't do enough for you. He is a true humanitarian and a doctor with a heart and great mind! I am ever so thankful...

I have been suffering with migraines, dizziness, unable to focus to say a few of the issues that I has. I seen a Doctor a guy I worked for and I did trust him. However this man told me that I did not have allergies and did some blood tests to prove to me that I did not have thease issues was put on some nase spray and was giving me headache meds. I since left this dr and found Dr Phillips. He took time and asked me questions and he REALLY ! listened!!!!! I was tested with a skin test for allergies and boy did I have them. I was 90 % blocked and the other Dr did not see this? ?? I was given a nose spray and been getting allergy shots.I has been 6 months and OH my gosh what a difference no migraines, no stuffed up nose I am able to function at work. I can and will never be able to say enough about this man he is AWSOME!
