Dr. Joel David Pomerantz, DO

Awesome care. I travel and have had to work from across the country on several issues. The care taken and the results were excellent.

Energetic, informed, respectful, empathetic and knowledgeable. My only negative would be that he sometimes takes telephone calls during time with me. Otherwise he is a really great guy who is consistently willing to be collaborative in responding to my medical needs and wants.

I don't like being in the patient role. Dr. Pomerantz is good about respecting my desire to make choices for myself. He is a good consultant, but does not push me to do things I am reluctant to do. He comes across consistently as friendly and caring. Office staff are sweeties, but always seem a bit overwhelmed by all there is to do. My only complaint would be that Dr. Pomerantz sometimes takes phone calls while seeing me, which I dislike, even though he probably sees this as unavoidable given how busy he is.

Dr. Pomerantz may not have the fanciest office in the world, but he is kind and compassionate. His staff responds to requests promptly and professionally, and the office wait time for my 2 visits so far has been minimal. Dr. P came recommended to me by other physicians whom I work with and he has met my high expectations. He is now my GP and and I am completely satified with his care, few and far between are doctors that I am impressed with, he is one of those great docs that are a rare find.
