Very cheap. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Everyone there was just unpleasant.

This office has such a horrible, rude & ignorant front office staff. The "office manager" is very UNPROFESSIONAL & forgets that she's only a " secretary" not a surgeon. This office is ridiculously small to have people with such BIG attitudes!!!! Horrible environment when it comes to the front office. This office could really benefit from a new front office staff, that is educated.

Had my wisdom teeth taken out when I was 15 (I am now 20) dr Solon told me I only had three wisdom teeth. Just recently went to the dentist and they did a Panaramic x Ray. Well there is a fourth wisdom tooth. That is so infected it had made me sick for the past three months. Fever. Throwing up. Ear infection. Sinus problems. Also the wisdom tooth that has been in so long formed a cyst around it. This guy is unreal. Why would you lie to your patient? A tooth doesn't just pop out of no where.... I will never be returning to him. He is rude and was very nasty to my mother and I as well

I had a positive experience with this office. For 28 years of experience and only few negative comments, I guess you can't please everyone.

When I see these 4 star reviews, all I can think is that when the office sees the bad reviews they must rush to put in some good ones to boost their rating. I'm sure they hope no one scrolls down to read the bad experiences! We had a terrible experience there from doctor, to staff to billing practices.

Dr. Salon was very knowledgable and friendly. My problem was solved and I have no complaints. He has been in practice for over 30 years, so if only a few people had something to complain about, then I would say thats a pretty good track record. I would visit and recommend Dr. Salon to all my friends and family

I had my wisdom teeth out today and barely feel any pain tonight.This office was a comfortable setting for me and I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Salon gave me his personal number and told me to call him if I had any complications. He was very willing to see me if I had any problems which i appreciate since I am leaving to go back to college. Everyone was so friendly and calmed my nerves. I would recommend Dr. Salon to my own family! He is a nice guy that knows what he is doing.

If you want to get something done, and you want it done right the first time Dr. Salon is your oral surgeon. I was sent to him after I was experiencing pain and he solved my problem!

Do not believe the reviews!! Dr. Salon has many years of experience and knows what he's doing. When dentist and other surgeons can't get the job done they send their patients to Dr. Salon because he has the most experience in Northeast Ohio. Patients that are seen are usually already in extreme pain before even walking in the door because Dr. Salon deals with the most difficult cases in the area. He does all measure possible to control pain by giving you the maximum dose of pain medication. He's pulling your teeth not rubbing your back. His staff is friendly and caring. I would recommend all family members to see Dr. Salon. He does everything he can to keep price and pain down. Wonderful man!!!

This guy enjoys watching you scream out in pain. Huge cheapskate. The worst oral surgeon in Northeast Ohio - check other reviews then RUN.
