Very good at what he does!

He was not interested in helping with my husband's medical problems and immediately assumed they were all in his head. He was also very rude and dismissive of my husband's concerns and even hung up on him when he was describing his symptoms. My husband is not a hypochondriac - it took months of miserable health before he considered going to the doctor in the first place.

My whole family has gone to Dr. Schock at different times. We've never found anything he couldn't figure out--even oddball problems. He is exceptional not just in competence, but also in caring. He was unbelievably good in caring for my elderly mother and nurses in various hospitals couldn't believe how responsive he was and that he would always return calls, and take time to deal with any issues. He is truly one of a kind. We found his diagnoses more accurate than the specialists. We regard him as a true gift.

Dr. Schock is an excellent physician who has helped me with my chronic back pain when other doctors quit helping me. In 10 years of dealing with problem discs in my back he is the only doctor that hasn't given up on finding a solution so that someday I won't have to take pain meds.

Dr. Schock's bedside manners where slim if non-existent. He was very curt and his responses to my questions made me feel as if I was a child.
