Good luck if you want to make an appointment. Whenever my baby gets sick, my husband and i had to call multiple times. Sometimes even they just hung up on us. No call back many times( fall, fever over 103F, referral) i cant believe all reviews the fact that we are talking about same MD office. Front desk staff are rude, nobody show up on time and never get follow appointment until I had to call 5 times!! So disappointed.

First of all, we love the Doctors there! But good luck getting Dr. Snyder to call you back - even with multiple messages. The staff are friendly, but woefully disorganized - expect to be left on hold quite a bit and quite a long time! Plan 2 weeks in advance to get a prescription - as they don't call you back when it is ready, there is usually a mistake on the prescription - so you get to make multiple trips or wait for an undisclosed amount of time for the doctor to rewrite it! When you call there is a 2 minute message that you HAVE to listen to before it rings through to the staff (which will just put you on hold! - or put you back into the menu system for another 2 minutes). It is VERY frustrating!! Even though we love the doctors, the incompetence of the staff has me looking for somewhere else.

This office is awful with trying to get a sick appointment or getting a hold of a triage nurse. Each time I have called to set up an appointment same day or to get some help over the phone, it has taken over 3 hours to get a call back and the assistance was poor. It also doesnt help that they have a 2 hour lunch break where you can not get in contact with anyone in the office at that time. Save yourself the headache and do not go here!

I love Dr. Snyder. His bedside manner, time spent talking to parents, and knowledge of pediatric medicine is truly phenomenol. Unfortunately, he is hard to see after the first appointment. His two associates are very junior and sometimes quick to share medical opinions that can keep you up at night ("we'll watch for autism due to a large head" when everyone else says "no chance because of her eye contact, social skills, etc" is a little alarming). Additionally, our last two appointments were rescheduled with 48 hours and 6 hours notice. Given the fact that my husband and I both work fulltime, this is not exactly convenient. The attention to detail by the staff also leaves a lot to be desired. Scheduling appointments, getting names correct, remembering to update vaccination records, having supplies on hand, all are things that have been a problem at least once during our last 6 visits. At this point, we're done and moving to a new doctor.

I am the parent of 3 kids and we've been with Dr. Snyder since the first was born -9 years ago. Dr. Snyder is terrific with the children and the parents! He has a gentle, caring manner that sets both at ease. He explains things to the child before doing anything to them and give excellent advise to the parents. On top of his great bedside manner he is a top notch doctor and makes great diagnosis. He uses an approach that does not push medication unless necessary. I wish I could find a doctor like him for myself!
