Doctor Solis is an excellent Doctor love the way he takes his time with my elderly parents to talk about any health issues that we are concerned about he truly cares for his patients, and my parents and the staff is excellent very friendly and always helpful. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Dr Solis is the best. He goes out of his way to help his patients.

Besides the fact that you have to wait hours to see the Dr., his staff NEVER returns phone calls, don't ever call with results of any tests, even nurses that are doing home health with his patients can't get through to anyone in his office. Have given them multiple chances to get things right, giving up on them.

My husband and I moved to Edinburg from Austin two years ago, in that time I was only able to see Dr Solis about two times, but I have to say that he is an awesome doctor. The problem is the staff and the way his clinic is managed. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that I could not see Dr. Solis for two months, since I was in need to see a doctor right away I was told to come in as a walk in, however when I arrived I was turned away because they were booked. How can they be booked if they are taking patients on a walk in basis, by the way I arrived twenty minutes before the walk in time started. I asked the clerk why she had told me to come in if I was not going to be seen, the answer I got was that it was up to the provider, I don’t understand that answer but she was not able to explain, Miss Medina who walked in at that time and told me they were booked and could not see me.This office is very inconsistent. It is too bad because Dr. Solis is a great doctor, but because… of the staff and poor management patients are going to start looking for another clinic to be seen. So disappointed.

I made an appointment with him and I didnt even get to see him. Another assistant saw me and did not even bother to test me for the cause of my pain. I just let them know how my pain felt and right away got referred to a therapy the same day and even that the therapy was not helpful at all. no tests were done on me , nothing. Will be making an appointment with another dr soon. Would not recommend

Great Doctor. Very Personable. Very Intelligent. I would recommend anyone to him or Carmen Medina P.A. She gives me my Biote Pellets. Which is Hormone Replacement Therapy. Also, they have a Great Staff.
