Dr. Wilsnack is the perfect combination of being both caring and efficient. If he can answer your question via email (which he almost always does within 30 minutes) he will, if he feels you need more care he will tell you. My husband and I have been going to him for 2 years now and I would never see anyone else. He never takes our issues lightly and doesn’t waste our time with appointments when you just need a quick answer.

I am an elderly patient of Doctor Wilsnacks for several years now. I am not familiar with medicine, but extensive travel in a demanding field has made me familiar with many, many, physicians throughout the world, so I became knowledgeable about physicians. This guy is the best by far, and fortunatley is in an office that is quite professional.I have trusted him with my life, literally, when I had the chance to make a decision, and suggest you will not find a better physician anywhere. That his office works like a clock is an added benefit.

I've been seeing Dr. Wilsnack since 1999. I've remained with him because he is a patient's doctor. He is accessible, knowledgeable, and personable. His explanations are very clear and are thorough. He has always answered every question I have had. After appointments if follow up has been needed he has been very quick to respond via telephone or the new message system in place with NPG. Durng appointments I never feel rushed and he has never ended an appointment without asking if I have any questions of any additional questions and reminding me that if I do have a question later, I can send him a message via the messaging system and he'll respond. He was on vacation once when I needed an emergency appointment. I saw one of his coutnerparts while he was out. Dr. Wilsnack followed up with me personally upon his return and it was another week before the physician I saw actually followed up with me. I will remain with Dr. Wilsnack as long as he is practicing in Chicago.

Dr. Wilsnack is very convenient to professionals in the Chicago Loop. Easy to make an appt. He is clear in communicating and makes rapid decisions. Great staff. He is also accessible via email.
