Dr. Joey Warren Mcelhaney

The receptionist (Brandi) is the most rude person i have ever come across in any business. Keeping her on will be a nightmare for the practice. Today when asked why she wasnt calling back on a question i had (regarding a procedure) for the past 2 weeks, she diverted the question and said she will check with someone who is on maternity leave. She also, without any hestitation asked me to change the dentist if I am not happy. The doctor is good, but this front office person needs to GO! NOW!

My 96 year old mother came to live with us 3 years ago. After several unsatisfactory visits with another dentist, I did my online research and decided Dr. McElhaney sounded perfect ... for both of us! Since her first visit was in Dec, our first impression of the office was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and the staff were all so cheerful, attentive and professional. When my mom met Dr. McElhaney, he immediately put her at ease. She said she never had such wonderful treatment and raved over the high-tech office equipment. It was a very pleasant experience for her. I'm planning to make an appointment now for myself. Thank you to Dr. M and his staff. Sorry it took me so long to write a review. .
