The rep after 10 years of service doesn’t know how to do her job. After Delta Care transferring the “Roster” electronically she claimed my husband wasn’t on the list. Delta said the dental office due to internet speed must wait for the list to include everyone. That could take up to an hour. Delta called them to explain that my husband is not only on the list but that he is assigned to their office. She refused to listen to the information and claimed to me that “I know they will ‘only’ explain your elegibiliry. Delta did more than that and she still refused to make an appointment to see my husband. She and Marrissa promised me that my husband would be seen today after he broke his tooth. Not only did she lie, but she then refused money her boss Dr Joey would have made, and lost a family of patients. She should not only be disciplined but also put on probation for making such costly decisions for the office. Dr Joey should be concerned by the way his patients are being treated. She… should be ashamed and embarrassed by the long term reputation the business will carry. It may not bother the business now but with repeated disrespectful treatment of patients will make the business go under.
