I went for breast reduction and wanted to check blood count, heart and some other issues. The doctor ordered the labs but the orders didn't go through. When I called Karina, she replied that I was wrong and that she was going to check for me. She never returned my call, left me hanging on assuming the doctor didn't want to check my basics because he was going to lose my business. Deceptive guy who gives Deceptive instructions to the employees. Avoid

The receptionists are very nice when you are paying, but can be rude and dismissive if you raise a question. They won't give you the time of day. They can be wrong but they wouldn't admit it .

Very tricky guy and very deceptive office management. If you think you will look and feel better after plastic surgery, you will be disappointed immediately after dealing with the receptionists. No one supervises this office.

Dr. Brahme did my breast augmentation almost 10 yrs ago. I'm now going back for a full mommy makeover after the number pregnancy did to my body. I highly recommend choosing Dr. Brahme for your cosmetic surgery. Dr. Brahme's work is excellent and has exceeded my expectations. My facelift is very natural looking and I often get compliments about how I look. Dr, Brahme listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed during office visits and all of my questions were answered. The entire staff at La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Centre have been professional and accommodating. I was comfortable throughout the entire pre and post op process. I will choose Dr Brahme if I have any other cosmetic surgery procedures in the future.

Dr. Brahme's office staff was very friendly, but friendly only gets you so far. I had a TERRIBLE rhinoplasty preformed in 2009 by Dr. Brahme and my nose is now asymmetrical, my entire bridge and tip are off center, there is still a bump in the bridge, and an abnormal crack in the bone. He left unwanted cartilage on one side of my nostril causing it to look terribly uneven! I would not recommend him to anyone that is looking to get a rhinoplasty! It has been almost 4 years and I have finally got the courage to scheduled my appointment for a revision rhinoplasty! I am not only in debt now, but my crooked, asymmetrical nose has left me depressed and very self conscience. Please do your research when choosing a doctor, its not all about the website, nor the front of the house staff, but the knowledge and experience your surgeon possess.

Dr. Brahme and his staff make you feel immediately at ease. After surgery he follows us and is readily available to answer questions or calm your concerns. He has been spot on with recovery times and what I will feel/experience along the way.Have had two procedures performed by Dr. Brahme and will never go to anyone else.
