I totally and completely trust Dr. Hernandez because I know that he will always be a student of medicine who will listen to the patients. He gives me hope! He is kind, gentle, and persuasive. I thought that Dr. Hernandez would be helpful but I was wrong. He was supposed to inform me of my blood work results through a phone call and I was never called. I have called twice to speak with him and I still no return phone call. I have an ongoing problem that needs to be treated and we had laid out a plan of action to which he has not followed through. I do not recommend this doctor.
