My initial impression was his formality of expression. His language was very carefully forulated. He pointed out certain facts about my health which were not news. I wasn't impressed with his empathy.

Dr. Bernardo is clearly an exceptional doctor in his ability to rapidly grasp and process the complexities of my case. I appreciated that he'd already read through my chart when I saw him for the first time and was aware of my key needs.
