Doctor was very nice on my follow up after hospital. Explain everything in simple way and answer all my questions. I was really worry before but feel much better now, more calm and not so scared.

I’ve had migraines forever and meds always give me bad side effects. This doc actually listened and talked thru med and nonmed options. First time I feel like I got some control over my migraines.

The new clinic place is amazing. Both me and my spouse were part of the discussion from the very beginning until we were done. All my questions were addressed in non-judgemental manner. Strong recommendation.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this provider. Despite ongoing symptoms, she showed little interest in investigating possible causes or ordering further testing. Instead, she dismissed my concerns and, when my primary care doctor finally got in touch with her after multiple failed attempts, she claimed I was just "seeking medications"—a serious mischaracterization of my intentions. My PCP was shocked by this. This same provider also prescribed the wrong medication, which could have put me at risk given my health history. When I followed up to ask for clarification on a sleep study she had ordered, she refused to explain the results—leaving me confused and without direction. I left this experience feeling judged, dismissed, and unsupported. If you're looking for a provider who listens, collaborates, and takes your concerns seriously, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
