Dr. Johanna Martinez, MD

I completely relate to each of the comments made here. Dr. Martinez is disrespectful, lacks common courtesy and communication skills, and was dishonest with me on more than one occasion. She's has a condescending tone and made me feel emotionally worse than the physical symptoms that prompted my visit. It's unfortunate that they don't assess a person's character in medical school, as she surely wouldn't be practicing medicine if anyone observed the way that she treated patients behind closed doors.

She was so bad I blocked her out of my memory....couldn't remember I actually had her as my doctor when I was recently trying to find a new doctor in the same practice! Also plan on spending time resolving their billing....they are so disorganized!!

she needs to go back to school; and she needs to be honest with her patients;for example ,she lied about a particular test.

Bad Bed Side Manner to say the least. I found her to be verbally abusive. For routine medical - well maybe O-K. I would recommend you Don't see her for anything else. I don't recommend this doctor. I shouldn't be writing this, Dr. J. Martinez told me "IF YOU TRULY HAVE THIS DISEASE YOU WOULD BE DEAD AT YOUR AGE. (MANY DOCTORS HAVE TOLD ME I HAVE THIS DISEASE) You can have Scleroderma past 62 years old. She has made me feel like I am living on borrowed time - this in not what I really want to keep feeling. I keep thinking this even though I don't want to. She also did not say it in a nice way. I couldn't belive she said this to me. Even if she feels I don't have this there is a better way to say that.

If you can see another dr, do so. I went back to her several times and she would not believe that I wasn't feeling well. She misdiagnosed a life thretning condition.
