Dr. John J. Alvarez, MD

If you are a patient with a Pancreatic disorder, I highly recommend Dr. John J. Alvarez. He has treated me since 2017 and genuinely cares about my overall health and future wellbeing. He takes time to listen to and respond to my questions without hesitation, in terms I can understand. So far, while I do not feel perfect everyday; it is comforting to know he wants to hear from me immediately if things are not on track according to the care plan he has outlined for me. I am very satisfied w/ Dr. Alvarez. His staff have been great as well.

I went in for a procedure last week. It was quick, painless (thanks to Dr Alvarez and Dr Gee) and positive results. I’ve felt great since the procedure without episodes of throat tightness.

Dr. Alvarez has been an excellent physician that took over my case as a patient when my physician there of 10 years retired at the end of 2021. He was referred by DR. Lindner and said he thought I would be best fit with him and after reading his bio and meeting with him I have seen him on 3 occasions and he has been most professional and caring of his patients and Dr. Lindner is correct I could have not asked for a better replacement.

The Dr and his staff are extremely nice and professional. They put me at ease with my whole procedure and were good communicators.

My first visit with Dr Alvarez and I was mightily impressed with him upon introductions. It was obvious that he had read my health file and was familiar with my last visit, health at that time and surgeries with his predecessor. He spoke to me in terms that I understood as well as the medical terms. I was very comfortable with him and at rest with him. I’m over 3/4’s over a century old and have had my share of Doctors of all sorts some of whom wanted to fiddle d fart around with me. Dr Alvarez is a “Keeper”. I look forward to meeting with him in the future 1/4 century for keeping my intestines and bowels healthy and in the pink. Than you Dr Alvarez??
