Both the doctor and nurse were exceptional, I felt that my care and feelings were important to them as it was for me.

At age 64, we were obviously overwhelmed with this diagnosis. Dr. Bak spent 35 min with my husb and I explaining how the diagnosis is made, the many options available to us. He was very patient with our many questions. Very thorough. We are now waiting for the insurance to give the ok and for the date to be scheduled. so far, we are pleased with the kindness shown us.

Dr. Bak and associates were careless and basically we were just a stastic. He was rude , had poor patient skills and terrible bedside manor .
