Dr. John D Baker, MD

My father was in the hospital and since he is a heart patient, dr Baker was his cardiologist while he stayed there. Since my father moved here he decided to use dr Baker as his regular cardiologist instead of driving 2 hrs back and forth to his old one. However he made an appt for a follow up and the receptionist scheduled him at an office that he no longer at. After my mom drove him to that office they made an attempt to make an appt at his real office. They tried again going to the Tustin office this time. He wasnt there. Once again the receptionist had scheduled my dad to go there. Acting as if they dont know why or how he got the spot after he shows up the take his info and say they dont accept his insurance. Staff is incompetent, lazy and dont care for the patients. Sad the dr probably doesn't even know hes losing patients as my father is going to find a better office that wont make an elderly man drive to different locations that dont exist.
