Dr. John Conrad Baker, DO

Horrible visit through TelaDoc Health ap. Dr Baker was dismissive and talked over me. As the other reviews state he was not helpful and very disrespectful. Would never see want to be seen by him again.

Worst telehealth professional I've ever come across. He lacks any and all bedside manner. He was dismissive, interruptive, and lacked all ability to truly listen to my symptoms. The first second he could find a reason to not treat me he did. After pointing out he wasn't listening, and his diagnosis was not anywhere near the ball park of what I was calling about, I had to eventual hang up on him because he continually talked over me and wouldn't accept my statement that I no longer wished to talk to him. I did file a complaint with the telehealth company as well, who were kind enough to let me speak to a new professional in lieu of the very poor treatment I'd received. Save your sanity... end the call immediately if you get this guy.

Worst “doctor” ever shows no compassion, has lack of knowledge. Was very rude and dismissive even called me medication seeking/shopping in the summary report because I told the doctor what has worked best from other providers he also said I was “bullying” him into asking for medication and he hanged up the phone on me. Never dealt with anyone like that before.

Disrespectful, arrogant and lacks knowledge on medical conditions and medications.

My experience was Dr Baker at UH Westlake was not good. He was rather dismissive and arrogant. He lacked compassion and empathy as my grandmother was dying.
