Dr. John Charles Balbas, MD

Left me waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes without apology or explanation. Failed to go over my MRI or explain what it did or didn’t show. Failed to explain what dysfunction was actually occurring in my hip & back causing excruciating pain, what caused it, or how it fix it, or how physical therapy might address it.

Dr. Balbas has great bedside manners and is very professional, and is very well educated. I highly recommend Dr. Balbas to anyone he also has a great team.

went to see if he could scope out my nee he had the pa to put a shot in it that mite help it would be good for 6 weeks but may take 3to 4 weeks know dident do nothing got printout from medicare the shot alone cost 1920.oo plus

Went to Dr. Balbas with my Mother who is suffering from pain after a Reverse Shoulder Replacement surgery performed by another Doctor. The first visit we waiting for ever to get called back and then only saw his PA, he did drop by and introduced himself toward the end of the appointment. The second appointment, he actually showed up, and basically said that he could not do anything for her, except physical therapy and a shot in her shoulder, which ended up not helping at all.

Extremely disappointed, total knee done with complications. Had to see PA multiple times, she doesn't listen, and doesn't confer with Dr. Balbas. Never received a call from either a nurse or doctor to see how I was doing after being put on another medication to help resolve the issues I was having. Will NEVER go back to him again.
