Dr. John Evan Balmer JR., DO

Dr balmer is a nice caring doctor, and so is his students that work with him but his office staff and nurses are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE healthcare professionals I’ve EVER MET!! They do things that are completely illegal and lie and twist things to their advantage. They’ve made up lies, made various rude comments to me, threatened to call the cops on me for asking to speak to the dr! I waited a week just for a medication refill, the prescription nurse is a nightmare! She refused to call me back anytime I’d call and ask to talk to a nurse. Dropped me as a patient and abruptly making me go without medication I need and take daily all because I had seen another dr about a medical procedure that me and dr balmer had talked about. This was COMPLETELY ILLEGAL! And they completely lied saying I released my records and care from them to the dr who did procedures, which I NEVER did. The surgeons office offered to call balmers office to tell them the same thing and I got… hung up on and had rude lying comments thrown at me!!! One star is to good for the staff and nurses at this place! I believe people need to know this before deciding to transfer care to them.

They patient profile you the minute you walk in! Or something that they don’t like about you or your medical care. Especially the medication refill nurse, I waited a week before for a prescription just to be sent in. I had called every other day asking to speak to her and not once did she call me back. .sure there may be times u wait but. Its bc hes spending time with another pt.! And he'll do the same with you if need be.And who ever stated that the sweet fog Newmoe is dirty! !!hes definitely cleaner than you.

my experience has been very negative with this Quack.I recommend he should lose his license to practice medicine due to his habitually throwing people out of his practice if you have difficult issues.He put on a front ,but has proven he cares for nobody except himself.

wonderful doctor always asks if there is anything else I need or want to talk about before I leave. together we have started to figure out what is going on and helping with my sudden seizure activity . Donna and Betty are the best too

Rude , lazy staff. Long waits just to see students. Dirty dog running around inside.

This office is the best I have ever been to, I highly recommend this doctor.
